What is Reiki?
Reiki healing is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The Process of a Reiki Session:
Preparation: The recipient typically lies down fully clothed in a relaxed setting.
Channeling Energy: The Reiki practitioner uses their hands to guide energy, either by touching the body lightly or holding their hands above it.
Relaxation: During the session, people often experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, or a sense of peace. The duration can range from 30 minutes to an hour.
Healing: Reiki is believed to help restore balance to the recipient’s energy, promote healing, and release emotional blockages.
